General Policy

Please Read Before Placing Your Bid

 All auction items on our site are brand NEW unless otherwise indicated,

 Highest bid under Ten Dollars ($10.00) that is not duplicated by any other bidders is guaranteed to win

All items up for bid start from One Dollar ($1.00) & up _ and cannot go over the amount posted "Do Not Bid Over"

When placing your bid(s) for any item you will need to pay for each individual item at the time when you submit your bid

Example: On how the bidding works

Say you are looking at a HD TV 42" up for auction and it said do not bid over $6.25

You can bid any amount between $3.00 and $6.25 for the TV

If  your bid is higher then the $6.25 posted,  you disqualified yourself 

If somebody else bids the same amount as you, both of  you are disqualified

Let’s just say your bid was $6.03 and no body else placed a bid for that amount, YOU WIN!!!

The maximum number of bids that will be accepted for an auction item will be posted on that item.

There will be no credits or refunds issued on items auctioned.

Bids cannot be changed or cancelled once they are entered into the auction.

ALL duplicate bids are disqualified from being selected as the winning bid.

The winning bidder will be the highest bid NOT duplicated by other bidders.

All winning bidders will pay only what they bid. There are NO hidden charges for shipping, or handling, unless otherwise indicated.

The maximum number of bids that will be accepted for an item auction will be posted on that item. 

Some special auctions may exceed more than $10.00 max per bid.

Each item auction will stay open until the maximum number of bids has been reached.

Each winning bidder will be notified by e-mail and/or Phone/U.S. Mail.

All bidders must be 18 years of age or older

Shipping will be free. However, some auction items can be picked up possibly at your local store or mall.

We reserve the right to ship your item at our discretion. Items should be shipped in about 10 working days unless otherwise notified.

Free shipping to the United States addresses only. Note: We do not accept any type of payment from outside of the United States at this time!

All service providers and manufacture standard warranties are in effect on all NEW auction items. We are not responsible for any problems arising from the item auction products or shipping. It is the winning bidder’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer or service provider should you encounter any questions or issues.
