General Policy

Please Read Before Placing Your Donation Bid

100 %  of all net proceeds benefit non-profit – charities

 bid on brand new items – below wholesale prices

GENERAL POLICY

All auction items on our site are brand NEW unless otherwise indicated, FMR ( Floor Model / Refurbished ).

You may place up to 10 donation bids per each auction item.

Your donation bid cannot exceed the amount listed on each item auction. 

Highest donation bid that is not duplicated wins the item auctioned. 

All auction items start at $1.00 and Shall not exceed the amount posted "Do Not Bid Over" amount .

All bids must be between $1.00 and the Do Not Bid Over Amount 

Each time you bid, if you want, select a nonprofit or charity from our file, and they will receive extra over and above their normal percentage.

There will be no credits or refunds issued on item auctions.

Donations bids cannot be changed or cancelled once they are entered into the auction.

Duplicate donation bids are disqualified from being selected as the winning donation bid.

The winning item auction donation bidder will be the highest donation bid NOT duplicated.

All winning donation bidders will pay only what they bid. There are NO  hidden charges for shipping, or handling, unless otherwise indicated.

The maximum number of donation bids that will be accepted for an item auction will be posted on that item. 

Some special auctions may exceed more than $10. max per donation bid.

Each item auction will stay open until the maximum number of donation bids has been reached.

Each winning donation bidder will be notified by e-mail and/or Phone/U.S. Mail.

All donation bidders must be 18 years of age or older, with a valid visa or master credit card.

Shipping will be free. However, some auction items can be picked up possibly at your local store or mall.

We reserve the right to ship your item at our discretion. Items should be shipped in about 10 working days unless otherwise notified.

Free shipping to the United States addresses only. Note: We do not accept any type of payment from outside of the United States at this time !

All service providers and manufacture standard warranties are in effect on all NEW and FMR auction items. We are not responsible for any problems arising from the item auction products or shipping . It is the winning donation bidders responsibility to contact the manufacturer or service provider should you encounter any questions or issues.
